Location is very good. Facilities provided are good.

Facilities provided are not maintained.Our room AC stopped at mid of the night staff tried but could not fix it.We had to change the room at mid of the night.My room no was 306.We had informed staff member about less cooling in day time itself but was left unattended.Very bad experience, not value of money.

Continental foods mentioned on menu card but not available also Chinese foods are not good..

1. Service is not up to the mark. 2. Basic ammineties are missing. 3.

I visited only because it was attached to Treebo group. But your franchise " Archie Regency" is not maintaining as per your laid down standard. You need to visit some time & check room no-104 But location is good & Dinning is good.

1.cleanliness of room wall. 2. Washroom basin is totally loose and can fall any moment on any one's leg while in use. 3. warm water could not be received by self in the morning at 4 AM. 2 person cannot hv food together in room. 3. Tea cups, tea pouches, sugar pouches ets were totally missing Had to ask for getting them along with 2nd towel as mybooking was for2 person.
