Treebo Archie Regency

This is an excellent hotel, in a very good location. The people who are giving the service are kind and friendly, the foods are very good and I liked the fact they take care of every detail to make the stay comfortable (they provide toilet paper, 2 lt of drinking water, soap and towels without having to ask). I came from Latinoamerica so I appreciated those details.

The hotel use a lot the brown colour, so I only can suggest to change the decoration and to put natural plants for having a more pleasant and refreshing place.

Among all the other things like location, cleanliness, food and amenities, which were really good; the hospitality and the behaviour of the staffs were really great. Value for money is there and efforts for the guest comfort is really appreciated.

No one is responding my messages even after making payment of reservation charges. Which is not fair practice. Have sent mail as well messages but no response I lost money.

Pros: Nice location, supportive staff and clean rooms. Cons: The room size are too small and having no ventilation. They should improve it and at least one refrigerator must be in the room. They can add bathroom amanitas along with it.

TOILET CLEAN BUT SUPPLY WATER IS NOT GOOD

Very good service, located only 5 mins from Ranchi station, just need to change pillows, overall very good, food is also very good, staff behaviour is also very good, only bedsheet and pillows need a bit cleaning
