Delicious food, great variety for breakfast, and Chef Dedi cooked wonderful meal for our family dinners at the restaurant. A very nice massage at the hotel spa, very friendly staff, comfy bed and spacious room, (got room 702), nice swimming pool, roof top cafe, and on top of all, it's very good value for the price. Thank you for Ms.Adel at reception who did her best to accommodate my needs during our stay. Thank you to all staff at Maxone Balikpapan for your hospitality. Really recommend hotel if you visit Balikpapan.

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Balikpapan"

Lovely roof top space with views of Balikpapan. All staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of options for breakfast, and for other meals in the main restaurant. Rooms are large with comfy beds and good Smart TV. I requested non-smoking room & was able to get one.

Yes the rooms could do with a refresh if you look closely but they are absolutely fine, especially for the price. Twice I ordered a meal that shouldn’t have meat in it and it arrived with meat, so they just need to be more careful with this
