Hotel location near the main road, spacious parking, easy to find food outside on foot

When we stayed the first night, after 1-2 hours in the room, we found that the AC in our room was leaking and dripping a lot of water. My child almost fell and slipped because of it. I then contacted the hotel staff and an AC technician was sent. After checking, it turned out that it needed quite a long repair, about 2 hours. Surprisingly, we were asked to choose from 2 options: 1. The AC is repaired and we continue to wait in the room when we need to rest that night, or 2. The AC still leaks and they will provide towels on the wet floor. I was angry, why doesn't a hotel this big have a backup plan (spare room) for guests who have problems like this, even though they need to rest. about 15 minutes later we were offered another room with the same type on the same floor.

- The room is surprisingly big. - Breakfast very nice. - The view at night from the rooftoop was also nice. - Very enjoy with the pool. - Staff was helpful

Nice hotel private room but swim pool is small and deep for child
