the location was nice, that was the only good experience i had,

I booked the room with booking.com but was moved on the third night to another room, the rooms were dirty and badly maintained, the shower in first room water was too weak to shower, there was a pre-order system on breakfast, last orders on evening meals of 7-30, no complementary water in room, a kettle with no coffee, requested cups but never got , the towels were too small, the tv had 4 channels and no international news. it was supposed to be pet friendly but the continuous use of a uv insect killing device scared my dog and meant we could not sit in the dining area after repeated requests to switch it off. the consideration for disturbing guests with noise at all hours of the morning meant a restless final night and left feeling tired instead of refreshed for a break. never return to this place

Good location. Near the beach.

They didn’t acknowledge my request of having a room in the ground floor despite requesting it a couple of months in advance. I am with my senior parents who have chronic illnesses and I also have my 2 dogs with me. It is quite hard for them to go up the stairs.

they have 2 swimming pools, seasalt water and fresh water.

I have booked this resort for 14k+,11pax the same day we visit them (our 2nd option bec its raining) and I regret it. We went there 11am, since checkin time is 2pm, they allowed us to stay in their cabanas for free. 1st, the cabanas are dirty and it takes an hour to sent someone to clean it. 2nd, they don't allow to swim in the beach (bec its raining) but other resorts allowed it, so the kids are in the swimming pools only, we just go to shoreline for picture taking. 3rd, I called the reception at 1:30 and ask if we can put our bags in our rooms but they told us to wait their call, they still doing disinfection but they didn't called us at exactly 2pm as they told us. 4th,the dormitory room with 6 bunk beds is dirty as it was not disinfected, there are hairfalls in the floor, the bedsheets are dirty. For group guests, i suggest they should provide more rugs in the bathrooms. No complimentary drinks. With towels and toiletries. Hope they should improve their service for better customer experience.

Nice beach front location, big pools, friendly and organised reception staff, night entertainment, spacious room, and tables and benches by the beach that we can use for free.

The photo of the villa is not really representative of the villa that we got. It should be highlighted that there could be villas that are not on the ground floor. We had 5 senior citizens in the group, 2 of them with mobility constraints and had a really hard time going up/down the floors. We had the impression that the villa was on the ground floor based on the photos so we booked it. The bathroom was also clogged.
