the property view and cleanliness is outstanding the staff from facilities are great! the facility lady who are assigned to us is very kind. I suggest sales team can learn from facilty or they can exchange position sonthey know how to interact with people

Sales department who sound very previledge on the phone are not accomodating at first i started yelling at her and maybe ,MAYBE SHE CHANGED. one thing that I hates in this property those people who answered the phone are not pleasant unfriendly. and the villa has deffect however we transferred 3 units with multiple issues. i will eleborate this. At first we stayed on 1st villa aircon is not working, 2nd villa aircon is leaking which very dangerous to our kids and inlaws (elders) specially in my case I travelled with my family.

The place was nice , clean and quiet ,also it was a great experience to stay with family .

we’re so disappointed at the beach it’s dirty there’s a lot of sea urchins around the water its not safe especially for kids my son accidentally step on the sea urchin his foot and knee got urchin spike, i soak the affected area on a vinegar im still woried i hope everything was fine

The resort was beachfront and had pools which was nice. Food was good value for money but no variety and most items not available

The room was ditty and not well maintained. Needs repairs and full of molds and dusts everywhere. Bathroom needs improvement as well

The location is great and the beach was well kept. Someone was cleaning up trash daily on the beach unlike one of the nextdoor resort. The staff was always friendly. My family and I enjoyed the saltwater pool very much, but wished it could be heated up. Because even when it's hot out, the water was freezing!

Honestly think this place has the potential to be better. The bathroom flooding when you shower was annoying. It wasn't draining fast enough so the water flowed into the toilet area. When I told one of the staff, they said they would have someone look at it which never happened. Not fun stepping into 1/2 inch of water after showering. It was "resolved" eventually after we told one of the cleaning people. Also, the rooms had about 3 sockets (counting the bathroom). The one by the fridge only had one- so you either choose to plug in the fridge or the TV. Lastly, their restaurant. Though the food was okay, it was overpriced and always took too long for the food to come out. Even after pre-ordering our meals, we ended up being there for 3hrs. Like other reviews, many things on their menu is not available, So I learned to ask what do they not have before picking my meal.
