It was in the area we wanted to stay

The place has the ambience of a English comprehensive school and the miserable women who we had to contact, was rude and unhelpful, she was rude when we had to ring her and sulky when we arrived ,she needs to find new employment

"Good place but cleaning staff needs to stop shouting"

The place is very good and comfortable. 8 stars instead of 10 is just because the cleaning staff needs to learn not to shout to each other in the corridors waking guests up and disturbing rest
