Nice size, modern apartment. Well located. Everything works. Well equipped kitchen. Communal patio and garage for bicycle storage. Laundry facilities. We were very comfortable.

No staff on site and a bit difficult to reach anyone via booking.com. We were lucky I think that someone happened to be here when we arrived. She seemed rushed and impatient, but friendly enough. The only other minor negative for us is that we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool at night but that meant that the bedroom stayed bright from the street light.

It is located in the center of old town. The apartment is extremely clean and well equipped. The host has allowed me to check out later. I appreciate their kindness.

Spacious apartment , clean, The lady who met me was polite and helpful and saved the day after a short wait for her to arrive to let me in.

The host had not received notification from booking.com that I was coming. That said I only booked a couple of hours prior. I did however receive a booking confirmation message shortly after I booked. There are 3 telephone numbers on the locked gate. The first did not answer, the second hung up before answering. Luckily the third number answered me and sorted things out. She was very nice.

The apartment was very new and very well equipped. The owners welcomed us and were tremendously helpful in providing a baby bed and a fence for the stairs. We even stayed an additional night. The bed was particularly good.

The location itself is not bad, however some rooms are faced towards the main street made of cobblestone, which is why passing cars sound very loud, especially when driving too fast. Given the high temperatures and the missing aircon, it was quite difficult to get a good sleep.

The apartment was fantastic, new, clean, spacious, parking nearby for free credit to the owners.

The person doing check in had to meet us, hung up on us, we didn't understand the information, she was rude and the owners would be best placed to have a self check in as we lost 1.5 hours waiting & not knowing how to check in - very poor experience. The lady at tourist information spoke english & was extremely helpful. A very poor start to a lovely stay in a beautiful location.
