ROOST East Market

My check-in experience at Roost was amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and it was clear that my stay was important. I especially appreciated being greeted by my first name and being consistently asked if everything was okay. That level of care made the experience feel very personal.

The staff at Roost East Market is so wonderful, friendly and accomodating. It feels like coming home each time we visit. We love the facility, its location close to the train station, and places to eat nearby, and in walking distance of Rittenhouse Square, etc. A wonderful spot in such a great city. We could easily live there full time!

Wir hatten insgesamt 3 Apartments (im Urlaub) gemietet. Alle von uns waren begeistert. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. In den Apartments gab es u.a. Waschmaschine/-trockner, Küche mit Toaster, Pflegeprodukte, Geschirrtabs, Waschmaschinenpods usw., sogar Fenster konnte man ein bisschen öffnen. In der 3. Etage befinden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten wie 24/7 Fitnessstudio, Kaffeestation (Code im Hinweiszettel nutzen!), großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und großem Tisch, Couchecke u.a. mit Schachspiel, auf der Terrasse Grill, beheizter Außenpool und einen winzigen Auslauf (eher ein Gehege) für Hunde. Die Lage war für uns auch in Ordnung, vieles ist fußläufig. Im Haus wohnen auch Langzeitgäste, die z.b. beruflich in der Stadt sind. Die Rezeption war übrigens stets mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt.

Wenn überhaupt: Das Parkhaus im Gebäudeblock war mit großem Auto eine Herausforderung (gehört nicht zum Hotel), preislich war es typisch US-Großstadt (98 $/2 Nächte). Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte kein eigenes Fenster (wir haben es nur als Wäschezimmer genutzt), aber es geht für paar Tage. Ich würde den Hunden (wir hatten leider keinen) im Gehege einen kleinen Baum oder Busch gönnen - isr offensichtlich nur, damit sie mit auf die Terrasse können, aber "gesichert" sind, immerhin.

The kitchen could have had more amenities like paper towel, more coffee, etc. The washer and dryer unit in our apartment wasnt the cleanest.

Very central to convention center & Reading Market Amenities were beautiful & the staff was happy, kind and ready to help!

The couch and chair in the room were nice looking but hard & uncomfortable

The staff was wonferful

The manager needs to walk the rooms with the maintenance and housekeeping managers more frequently. Cracked paint, stains on countertops, etc. just needs to be kept up more frequently.

Location and service

Heating and cooling systems were noisy fans loud unable to adjust if they had heat pumps would have been better
