Everything met our expectations except the arrival process

Reception. Woman on reception was unfriendly, lacked a smile, rushed me through the process. Thankfully my partner who is Chilean was able to assist but the lack of welcome, was disappointing to say the least. Clearly these folks need customer service training at an advanced level.

"Nice nature, but they want a lot of money but offer little for it."

Nice nature.

People in sport reception speak only spanish. They cant speak english. They charge U for everything. For water, for bikes, and. .... In other luxury hotels which I meet in Chile is this includet in price for stay.
