Wunderschönes Anwesen in sehr zentraler Lage, 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Cathedrale entfernt. Gemütliche kleine Dachterrassen-Bar mit herrlichem Blick auf die beleuchtete Cathedrale am Abend. Außergewöhnlich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Lage ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Einzigartiges Gebäude mit indivuellen Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für Gäste mit Rollstuhl oder schlecht zu Fuss ist es kaum möglich, da es keinen Lift hat und nur durch Treppen zu den Zimmern kommt - das wegen den Bauvorschriften.

The Eden is an exceptional, well presented and spacious suite with a private lift to a roof terrace with views to the cathedral. Location is perfect in old town Palma and the property is a converted palace with tons of character. I found all the staff to be exceptionally friendly and keen to please. Just booked another visit and cant wait! Strongly recommend.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Palma, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! Sehr hilfreiches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Es fehlt leider ein Lift.

Piękne miejsce z wyjątkową atmosferą. Palacio Can Marqués łączy w sobie niezwykłą historię XVIII-wiecznego pałacu z nowoczesnym komfortem. Zachwyca architektura, monumentalne schody, eleganckie wnętrza i spokojne patio ukryte w samym sercu starego miasta. Budynek ma niepowtarzalny charakter i czuć w nim ducha dawnej rezydencji. Pobyt był absolutnie wyjątkowy — zdecydowanie polecam.

Jedyna rzecz, która mogłaby być lepsza, to dłuższe godziny otwarcia restauracji — była otwarta dość krótko jak na standard tak wyjątkowego miejsca. Poza tym pobyt był znakomity.

Die Lage, mitten im Zentrum ist perfekt. Das Hotel in edel restaurieren alten Gebäude ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Die Küche im Hotel ist herausragend!

Durch die zentrale Lage, ( Bar, Restaurants unsw) ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster, fast nicht möglich zu schlafen.

Our stay at Palacio Can Marquès, intended as a celebratory birthday weekend, was regrettably marked by a series of unpleasant experiences that revealed a stunning lack of professionalism within the hotel’s management. On the first evening, our suite became overwhelmed by an intolerable odor, rendering it nearly uninhabitable. Virtually in the middle of the night, maintenance was sent to our room, and we of course could not sleep and had to wait throughout the process, which made the whole experience feel beyond ridiculous. Although the issue was eventually addressed, the unpleasant smell lingered well into the following day. However, what proved far worse than the odor itself was the manager’s attitude. Not once did anyone offer an apology for the incident. The only suggestion was to change rooms — as if that could possibly undo the distress of such an experience. There was no gesture of goodwill, no acknowledgment of the disruption, only a display of managerial incompetence wrapped in self-importance. Throughout our stay, the same lack of attention and care continued. We were not informed that the gym required prior booking, and when we tried to use it, we were told to wait. When the hotel called a taxi for our airport departure, we were left searching for it in the surrounding street because it never arrived at the entrance — a situation the management team seemed entirely unconcerned about. Finally, after we left the hotel, we received a letter informing us that they had the audacity to charge for a small chocolate from the minibar — despite the considerable price of the suite and the profoundly disappointing experience we endured. This astonishing indifference, coupled with a complete absence of tact or even a basic understanding of hospitality, left a lasting impression — and not the kind one expects from a hotel of this supposed calibre.

Wonderful welcome by Meriem (what a treasure) Nicholas & team throughout our stay. So many nice little touches to make our stay all the more special & memorable. Superb rooms with everything you could need.
