The atmosphere here feels truly warm and inviting. Every team member is genuinely committed to your comfort and ensuring your stay is as special as possible. I especially appreciated how the restaurant staff thoughtfully remembered your breakfast preferences and checked in regularly to see if you'd like to try something new—so caring and attentive. Our reserved room was also very cosy, offering a lovely view of the plaza, and with the windows closed, it was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The lobby exudes a unique and cosy charm that makes you feel genuinely welcomed.

Parking situation

En general me gustó todo, el personal sumamente atento, recepción , restaurante, todos sin excepción muy amables.

We stayed for 4 nights in the “Escape” suite. The rooms were beautiful and very luxurious decor. Bed was really comfortable ad the sheets were of good quality. The hotel location is excellent and very easy to walk to all attractions. The staff were very attentive and nothing was a trouble. We had breakfast each morning and once again the experience was very relaxing and the staff were very attentive. The choice of breakfast was very good.

The only negative for us ,and that is because we are older travellers , we’re the steps between our bedroom and the bathroom . There were 15 and quite steep. A little inconvenient for middle of night trips to loo😂 As I stated, this shouldn’t be a problem for younger guests. The room overlooked the court yard restaurant and it was quite noisy until late on an evening but once again, if you’re out till late you won’t hear it.

The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card” which allows you to select various sized samples of wines from about 30 selections. Of course, you must pay the tab accumulated on the magic card at the end of the night, but the experience was fun and the cost, very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel, Nico, and the entire staff. We will return.

Disappointing for a 5* hotel. No elevators to rooms. Undersized bathroom. No luggage racks. Disappointing breakfasts.
