Exceptional hotel incredible staff and service, attentive and kind with special thanks to Antonia, Myriam and the team we dealt with personally who made the stay worthwhile. My parents stayed there for our wedding and they were treated like royalty. Cannot recommend enough, truly a gem!!!

Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Excellent services from staff. All rooms are individually decorated and the room we had was fabulous. The restaurant within the hotel is great.
