"Stunning oasis of calm in the centre of Palma"

Stunning decor and perfect location. Rooms were outstanding. Spacious and beautiful. Staff were so welcoming and open to help with anything. The best service I have ever had at a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Booked a massage and it was exceptional.

Very convenient location, beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, nice breakfast

Everything was excellent. One slight problem was that the water wasn’t very hot on the morning that we left but it may have been that we were up early!

"Brilliant location and the staff are amazing"

The whole atmosphere was amazing from start to finish - staff were so attentive to your every need. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are very well designed as is the hotel itself, feels like a home during your stay.
