"Cozy yet stuffy."

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. The room was spacious and cozy, which I really appreciated and the ambience of the hotel was very nice and the staff are friendly.

However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the small window didn’t allow enough fresh air to circulate. This made the room uncomfortably warm at night and disrupted my sleep. While the ambiance of the room was lovely, I hope the hotel can resolve these issues to improve the overall comfort for future guests. And the breakfast - we step in and step out straight away.

Lovely room, nice and bright, good amenities, beautiful reception and dining area.

I booked the room specifically for the bath, however on arrival at the room had no bath, just a shower. The staff were unable to swap me to a room with a bath. You should not be advertising something you cannot guaranty to provide.
