Price, friendliness, promptness, caring staff, airport pick up/drop services, flexibility, agileness, etc. Minor maintenance matters - room door does not close completely so need to pull/push manually to close fully. One electricity switch does not work. Does not provide body lotion.

Book it now! Stop torturing yourself reading reviews. It’s a tough decision because there are so many great boutique hotel in Siem Reap, but this one has got to be the finest! It’s on the outskirts of town, so quiet, yet a quick tuk tuk to anywhere. The staff are amazingly gracious, the food is terrific (especially the breakfast buffet), and the pool is the longest I’ve ever seen at a small hotel. The beds are so comfortable, the sheets sumptuous, the amenities perfect. I could not come up with a single complaint.

Just aññll perfect, service, food, beds, the massage at a convinient and excrllent, theu provide the trips to temples and the price was good snd the car and deiver also. The guide was execellent taking pictures to us and explaining everything. We will recomend this hotel to my friends por sure.

This property and the hotel staff exceeded our expectations! The friendliness of the staff and how helpful everyone was, made our stay that more enjoyable. As a traveler, I highly recommend this hotel, as it fits many needs and more. It also is located in a great spot to and easy accessible. The staff is beyond helpful and we will definitely be back!

This hotel is located 10-15 min far from pub street by tuktuk and it kindly offers a single fare to pub street. The room I stayed and the public space were both clean and nice. Staff are all very kind and friendly. They tried to do everything for me as much as they can. I felt like I was really welcomed by them and that made me feel happy. If I have a chance to visit Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.

I spent a short three nights at Khmer Mansion Residence and just wish I had planned my trip differently and spent more time there. Honestly, this was one of my top-three hotel experiences over the last 30 years. Everything was perfect and made to make you feel special the moment you walk in. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge by any standard, bright-lit, and well equipped. I really enjoyed the breakfast (pick something from a large menu and complement from the buffet) and "take a box out" option when I had to leave early to make sunrise at Angkor Wat (although, to be honest, I gave it all to one of the kids waiting there when I arrived, so I had no chance to see what was inside. Hopefully the kid had a nice meal). Of the various services offered at the hotel, I only used laundry (same day, very good), bar (god service, friendly staff), and ride to airport (perfect, like the rest). You know that you have it good when the most "negative" thing you can think of about a hotel is "too many light switches." I have loved every minute I spent at Khmer Mansion Residence and I am already looking forward to my next stay, in Jan. 2020.

This hotel is a gem! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. This is a lovely hotel with the best staff ever. I really recommend it.

I requested to change a room which I don’t want a bathtub in the bedroom (as l had put requested when booking on Hotels.com), at the beginning the staff said no room all full, then few minutes staff said got one room but no view as just facing the wall.......finally got changed to a room what l expected. (***hopefully Khmer can more concern on guest’s requested on the booking remark, it will help to improve quality of Khmer’s service.) Hot water stable without yellow water, quiet room, bed and pillow are comfortable, many geckos outside the room, the best is the breakfast which is mini buffet bar & menu order also free, latte & cappuccino not bad, small swimming pool but water clean, walk 15-20mins to pub street (be careful at night quite dark & small road not easy to walk especially when hv car/motorbike). Thanks for the complimentary meal and souvenirs of small scarf with nuts. ****Pech Pov are very nice with great smile, he is very concerned on guest’s feedback, great job & keep it up^^. ~~Overall happy stay in Khmer.
