5 star room quality and comfort. Amazing staff and great concierge service. Took initiative to book restaurant and spa services for us. Free airport transfers and tuk tuk service to nearby night market and pub street made it more convenient for us to get around. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Keep up the good job!

This 4-star hotel booking may have been my best resort decision on this trip-maybe ever. They offer complimentary pickup from the airport for starters, so that is a win right out of the gate. On arrival we were greeted by a majestic building with statues, carvings and vaulted ceiling which led to a check In desk. We didn’t make it to the desk;however, as we were immediately relieved of our heavy bags, asked to sit, and the provided with some local snacks: a drink made of coconut, mango, and lime; chips with chili’s cooked into them; and a peanuts type chilli sauce on the side. After our taste buds had gotten done screaming thank you we were shown into our amazing room. Our room welcomed us with names spelled out from a local plant. Flowers dotted the beds as well. My dad spoke out loud,”amazing” is and I agreed. The attention to detail with this group was other worldly and I was reminded of this later in the night when my dad and I were swimming and heard the entire staff singing happy birthday as they walked over to my dad. Had I said something, how did they know, perhaps the passports, I still don't know. That attention to detail, coupled with amazing courtesy and customer service are the reasons that I give Khmer Mansion Residence the highest rating a property can receive and recommend it without receive. Also recommended without reserve is Sok VengHak, and amazing driver who our hotel set us up with for $45/day to see the temples in the comfort of an Air Con SUV.

This is a wonderful place to stay - the hotel staff go above and beyond to be helpful and ensure you're enjoying your vacation. The facilities are lovely (although no AC in the gym, but we were walking so much during the day, we ended up not using the gym anyway), the beds comfortable, and the free tuc tuc service from the hotel into town was useful.

Hotel was wonderful! Staff was very helpful and happy. Maria was extremely sweet and helped set things up for us. Mountain was a great server. I would highly recommend staying here. Great value for sure!

If I go to Soem Reap again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. It is excellent.

My parents and I had a very lovely stay. The staff made us feel welcomed and at home. They always made sure we were taken care of. Very comfortable, very clean, and beautiful rooms. The pool is very lovely and refreshing. The restaurant's menu is extensive and the head chef really aims to please with the dishes you are served. Delicious food. very attentive and professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel. You really get your money's worth. They know exactly what you want on your holiday.
