Beyond expectations! The hotel is even more beautiful than in the photo’s, Fantastic staff, delicious food and probably the most friendly service we have ever experienced. The airport transfer was great as well as the private driver and guide they organised for us. An absolute gem!

The staff really makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. Everything from the cold water and refreshing face towels they offer you on every return to the hotel, to the free daily tuktuk service provided from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed and refreshing. Everything very clean and all your needs and wants are met. It was difficult to get out of bed in the mornings, because the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Their staff is very friendly. Their menu delicious and meets your expectations whether you are in the mood for local Khmer cuisine, or western cuisine. The head chef even came out several times to make sure our dishes were to our expectations. They aim to please and be the best. My parents and I enjoyed our stay very much and are a bit sad to leave. We highly recommend Khmer Mansion Residence.

The absolute gold-standard for a hotel & everything that other hotels should strive to be. I have stayed in plenty of great Siem Reap hotels & Khmer Mansion Residence is easily top of the list. Following complimentary airport pickup, staff greeted us with snacks (I will be cooking my own taro root chips when I return home!) & drinks & gave a full rundown of the hotel & all facilities. Rooms are very clean, comfortable & spacious, ample complimentary bottled water is supplied, bathrooms are excellent with all that one might require. The restaurant is wonderful. Thanks to the chef & restaurant staff for all of the great food & beverages - I think my girlfriend & I had that awesome mushroom soup 6 times between us, in the space of a week. The breakfast offering is ample with various breads, cereal, yoghurt, lots of fruit, & other Asian-leaning options. The pool & swim-up bar are clean & pretty. & my girlfriend informs me that the massage & gym facilities were also superb. Staff at reception were able to organise anything we required - a special thanks for arranging our Spanish-speaking tour guide for our day at the temples. Free tuk-tuks from the restaurant into the town are also part of the wonderful service provided. & something so small, yet fantastic is the ‘Welcome Home’ greeting upon returning to the hotel each day. Thankyou to Butterfly & all of the wonderful staff (I wish I could name each & every one of you) at Khmer Mansion Residence - a home away from home.

Khmer Mansion Residence is a fantastic choice to stay in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious and the pool and restaurant areas are lovely. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They take time to know your name and can answer any question you may have. Quiet location but only 2- 3 mins to Pub St area by tuc tuc if you want some action. I would definitely recommend that you stay here.

I am amazed at how beautiful this property is. First everything was constructed with care, and craftsmanship. The employees are well trained and work very hard to serve every need, the restaurant serves four star quality food, the bed is firm but comfortable, the room quite sizable, and the AC thermostat calibrated and adjustable. On this trip I have stayed at the Bangkok Peninsula, Orient Express and Siem Reap Sofitel for thousands more, and feel this property is nicer, newer, and better run, which is a pleasant surprise. I booked it on a whim for a layover and feel i found a treasure. It is a boutique hotel a ways from the activity but they offer a free tuktuk one way to your destination, free breakfast, and free airport shuttle. Even the wifi is fast. The landscape and pool with bar is beautiful, clean and large enough to do laps. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. I am so glad I stayed here.
