The staff made you feel like royalty

This was a great hotel with excellent and welcoming staff. Whether it was booking transport to various temples or the circus or simply to the main market area, the staff were on hand and exceedingly helpful and efficient which made our stay even more enjoyable. Being met with water and cold towels as soon as we returned from these trips were a nice touch and much appreciated.

The staff were all fantastic and fun and so helpful for our 2 week stay at this hotel. They did everything they could for us and were a huge part of our great experience in Siem Reap and Cambodia. Would love to stay there again and will recommend the hotel to my friends.

Beautiful hotel located near downtown Siem Reap. The grounds are lush, the rooms spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Khmer Mansion staff are friendly, attentive and helpful in whatever you may need during your stay. Relaxing by the pool was a great way to cool off after seeing all of the amazing temples and sights around Siem Reap. I would definitely recommend Khmer Mansion Residence to friends and family visiting Cambodia!

This is a new property and the staff is ready to happily serve the guests. They are young and a few are not fluent in English. We loved everything about our visit.

Everything about my stay at Khmer Mansion was amazing, from the free airport pickup and welcome drinks, spacious room with a nice balcony, to the wonderful made-to-order breakfast. The comfortably furnished room was well air conditioned with a spacious shower room and a huge bathtub. The bed had the best mattress I had ever slept in - incredibly comfy! The free breakfast had both a buffet style area with a variety of fruits, pastries, and warm dishes, and an extensive menu with both Western and Asian meals to choose from. This became one of my favorite times of the day! The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, although the cleaning maids walked in without knocking a few times late in the evening, which surprised me - perhaps a little overly zealous. The hotel is only a 6min tuk-tuk ride or a 15min walk into town. The distance away from the noise of the town was actually great. I loved the quiet and peaceful feel within the hotel and had dinner at their restaurant a few times too. Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend it!

I had intended to book their sister hotel but ended up booking this one instead. While the sister hotel is in a little more convenient location, I had absolutely no complaints and was very impressed with this hotel. They offered free round-trip transportation from the airport and also free transportation to the center of the city. They were very accommodating and paid a lot of attention to detail. Though it was not the hotel I had intended to book, both me and my partner agreed that we were more than happy that I had made this mistake.

We really loved our stay at Khmer mansion. The staff were so incredibly nice, friendly and attentive, we were honestly treated like royalty. Would highly recommend.

The staff alone makes this place outstanding. They did an amazing job with an attention to detail that was unparalleled. The room was good sized with an amazing bathroom and excellent comfy bed. The pool was very relaxing and gorgeous.

I love the unique architecture and design of the property with the pool in the middle. The room is spacious and well designed. The well trained staff is all very welcoming and eager to help. The only thing I didn’t care for by the property is the smelly huge open drain clogged with stagnant polluted drained water and rubbish outside the property. One can smell the choking stench on the way to and from the property. Sometimes the outgassing from sewer and drain leaks into the bathroom and toilet stalls through floor drain holes and fouls up the bathroom and stall. They should have used P-traps drainage pipes. The water in the P-traps would have prevented the stinky sewer/drain gases from leaking back.
