The staff was so very helpful when we arrived not feeling well. They made check in super quick so we could settle in our room without much wait. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Fabulous pool and restaurant. Great value for money and located in a quiet location, easily accessible to town and temples.

Cosy and relaxing. Bathtub was huge enough to submerge in. About 10mins walk from Pub Street. Street food nearby. Relatively new. Staff starts to engage with you the moment you step in. They prefer to know their guest by name, not just face. Personal touch on room decor was very sweet. Upon learning that I can’t take coconut milk, the rstnt Supervisor went to redo the welcome drink. He remembered this few days later when I ordered room service. Thanks heaps for that. *Thumbs up! When eating at their rstnt, be reminded to speak English slower, as it is not the staff first language, but they are trying very hard to provide good service. As floor is not smooth, Housekeeping can be a tad difficult with all the grooves in between. This was obvious the first day we arrived. We didn’t require daily housekeeping as there wasn’t much to clean during our stay. Overall, staff were friendly and place was lovely.

We travel a lot and have stayed in some great hotels, this hotel is amongst the best! Loved the design of the building incorporating elements of the architecture from the temples, fantastic room, outstanding service from pick up to check out, lovely breakfast, great pool, free tuk tuk into town, shop opposite, laundry close by. We stayed 4 nights and wished it could of been longer. Loved it!

Amazing staff, great service, beautiful hotel. A little far from center but the hotel offers a free tuktuk shuttle. Great breakfast.

Me and my wife loved everything about this hotel from day one to the last. Everyone who worked at this hotel went over the limit to make us feel at home. Front desk staff,restaurant employees,room service..etc Overall everything was excellent

The hotel exceeded our expectation! We enjoyed our stay at this new boutique hotel. Staff is very attentive and friendly. They met all our demanding requests professionally with great attitude. We had both breakfast and dinner at Hotel, excellent food quality and selection. Great coffee! Massage at Spa was excellent too. My friend and I are 5 stars hotel frequent global travelers Hhonors Diamond and Ritz Carlton Gold members. I must say the hotel staff service deserve our 5 stars rating and exceeded all our expectation. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and I would not hesitate to return.

Khmer Mansion Hotel is a very nice hotel. It is clean, it is not too big. The service exceeded our expectations. The only potential annoying thing is that it is located in an area of Siem Reap that is not as sexy as other parts. It is still in development... However the hotel provides free transportation to the city center, so it's very easy.

Our welcome and stay at Khmer Mansion Residency was outstanding. It completely exceeded our expectations and made our trips completely worthwhile. This has to be one of the top 5 hotels I've stayed in.
