Comfortable bed Clean Cafe and supermarket in the same street

Very noisy - you hear every word and the TV of your neighbors, the wooden doors, locks and windows are rattling, especially with wind (windows). The atmosphere feels cold - no plates, water boiler or anything for your food. I don't understand the strict time limitation for check-in if it's a self check-in - isn't it there for flexibility? Checkout too early with 10 am. In room not much space to put your luggage or anything. Toilet seat loose and moving. Walk to center around 30 min, in bus crowded. I wouldn't come here again.

If u know u stop check in at 19:00 why did u accept a reservation that was made an hour before ? That’s crazy to me has me rushing and finally when I got there couldn’t find a parking spot had to leave my car in the middle of the road and check in first. The area was poor shared bathroom and very nasty cub webs everywhere so we looked for somewhere else and had to lose our money because they said we couldn’t cancel the reservation even when I asked her since I couldn’t get there on time. Smh

The overall experience was good, the room was nice, very clean, and had everything you needed. The location is also very comfortable, within walking distance of the city center.

While the overall experience was satisfactory, I must highlight one significant downside: the extremely restrictive check-in time. The check-in window was from 15:00 to 19:00, with the possibility of extending it to a maximum of 20:00. Personally, I found this highly inconvenient. Although the check-in policy is clearly stated prior to booking, I unfortunately overlooked this detail. As someone who has been traveling extensively for over a decade across various countries, including Italy, I’ve never encountered such a rigid schedule, especially in accommodations that offer self-check-in options. When I contacted the administration, I was informed that 20:00 was the absolute cut-off, with no flexibility for later check-ins. This proved to be a source of stress for me. I arrived by train, and as is often the case in Italy, the trains were delayed. Luckily I reached the accommodation on time. I can understand limiting check-in times to avoid disturbing other guests in shared accommodations, especially late at night (e.g., after 22:00 or 23:00). However, ending check-ins as early as 19:00 seems highly impractical in today’s travel landscape. I hope the property considers revisiting their check-in policy to better accommodate travelers who may face unforeseen delays.

Room was not so big. There is not much place to put your things like clothes or luggage. The walls are thin, you can hear other people talking, snoring etc.
