"Good"

Clean and tidy, location is in residential area but slightly outside the city centre

Strict term of check in. A link is being sent but it is valid between 3 and 7 pm (or extended to 8 in our case when we requested to check in earlier or leave our bags). The fact that you need to send passport copies by WhatsApp.

Perfect. Good host . Comfortable stay. Loved everything. Self check in was a great deal. So many negative reviews but people should read instructions. Everything is pre-mentioned after you book your stay.

"Okay"

The room was really tidy and we could easily access the apartment. There was an air conditioner in the room, which was helpful.

It is a little bit further from the centre than we thought. Though the neighbourhood is quite nice. The fridge wasn’t working and the TV had no additional apps like Netflix, Prime video or such. Sadly, we couldn’t put down our luggage earlier than 3 pm so that complicated our itinerary.

"I had a great, basic, simple stay at cityhouse. My contact with the people on whatsapp was good."

It was simple, comfortable, clean. Make sure your phone is charged when you go to check in!

I didn't realise there was a charge for air conditioning, 5euro per day. I felt uncomfortable sending my passport over whatsapp - this probably concerned me the most. Although better to have confirmation emails with the number sent and expectations sent.
