"Bad treatment in Padua"

It seems to be a modern place, fully equipped and near the center of Padua It seems to have everything really proper and is quiet

The owner of the place was really lousy and didn’t allow a late check in. We had a problem with our train and couldn’t get there in time The people there was really harsh on us and didn’t help during a difficult situation that was arriving in a different city, raining and away from everything. They need to rethink their attitude and be better with their clients. They need to be prepared to any situation and be careful on how they treat their customers
