The room was really comfortable, roomy and the air con was great. I found it to be very clean at all times. Once we had checked in everything was really good. I contacted the host because we accidentally broke a key, and they sorted a solution out for us very quickly so we had no issues at all with security. We were very grateful. Good communication. The place itself is a walk away from main attractions but the walk is not unpleasant at all, and it's only 10/15 mins from the Botanical Gardens for reference. The WiFi is excellent. I also really like the fact that they don't change towels/sheets every day, that is much more environmentally friendly and I appreciate that. The place was clean and that's the main thing, especially with a shared bathroom. I would definitely stay here again in Padova.

The only thing to be aware of is check in, make sure you send passport photos (I didn't!) so they can give you access codes to the building. Once this is done it is really straightforward, but I was thrown off because there was no reception. It was my fault really, so this is not a complaint, just something to be aware of when checking in. You'll also need Internet access when arriving to use the app to get access to the building. And you MUST check in by 7pm.

The place is very clean and pleasant to be in. Everything seems new and the owners really care about this place. The check-in was smooth and easy. The neighborhood quiet and safe. Nice bathrooms, a TV, a comfortable bed - everything you need for a few nights. In the corridor there's a coffee machine and a fridge. We really appreciated 2 bottles of water in the room when we checked in. There's a supermarket nearby and the old town is about a 15 minute walk from the place. However, the train station is about 40 minute walk so be aware of that:) We really enjoyed our stay there.

There could be more hangers in the room, for example to dry the towels. However, it's just a detail.

It was perfect for our short stay. There was everything you need for a few nights. It was nice and comfortable, and was like as we expected.

Quite location, smooth check-in, easy communication and sparkle clean!
