Breakfast was tasty . And staff nd accommodation was good . This was our 2nd time we stay in same hotel all over was good staff was helpful

Staff service very nice

In room bad smell and blanket pillow matres not clean , overall not comfortable to sleep , I am requesting to manager to change room but he told for room change 500 rs charge

It was good experience in hotel every things was ok only sum of small issues about room .

Windows are sized not closing properly.

Overall had a very good experience, room was neat and clean. check in and check out was smooth. They allow me late checkout without any extra charge.

I enjoyed this stay at mahabaleshwar property is located in main market and just away from local bus station all transportation is near to the property , staff members are very helpful Mr. Arafat helped to know local attractions also arranged the cab for us. Property is well maintained with basic essentials.

Staff was very good...

Bathroom facilities are not in working as promised as shown in the picture for delux room. Bathroom doors are not in good condition need to push or pull hardly to open or close door. Wardrobe light was not working. Not worthy as per price.
