As per photo in the website, the breakfast they are not giving in dining area but they are insisting to give in room only. Quality of food is ok. But only 2 items either bread/butter & Upma or bread/butter & Idly. No boiled egg

Not coming hot water 24hrs, only available for 1-2 hrs and its available after 7AM only.

Firstly, I was disappointed to find that no bath kit was provided in my room. Despite the expectation that basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries would be available, these were missing entirely. This oversight was quite inconvenient and did not align with the level of service I anticipated. While I chose your hotel expecting a four-star level of service and amenities, my experience was unfortunately not up to that standard. Specifically, I was disappointed to find that no bath kit was provided in my room. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries were entirely missing, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the area where breakfast was served was below standard. The tables were not properly cleaned, and the overall environment felt unkempt. This significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable start to my day.
