The staff were very polite, welcoming, caring and provided their best service possible. Be it at the reception, the driver, the staffs welcoming us, very nice and caring staff.

There are no facilities nearby. The Banks do not exchange Foreign Currency against INR as they don’t offer this service. No Money Changer nearby., though Shirdi receives lots of tourist room Room 1009 is too close to the kitchen so lot’s of noise reason we had to change room. Like in lot’s of hotels the issue is the same, why is the bath tub not closed to avoid water splashing all over? Food ordered a bit too oily. We ordered not spicy but received slightly spicy

Friendly Staff and very obliging to all queries and requests raised.

Rust marks on water fittings in the bathroom. Antirust liquid spray may be used for stain removal. A few Air Fresheners would be worthwhile installing.
