Poor property had to Pay for everything

Checked in at 10:00pm and asked us to checkout at 11:00 AM , didn’t even have us 10 mins extra

The hotel was excellent. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The free temple drop and pickup was an added benefit. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Mr. Vinod. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Shirdi.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The ambience was okay.

The food was just about average. They got everything wrong. A margarita pizza was topped with tomatoes and olives. The hot and sour soup had green chilli pieces. We asked for jowar bhakri was served bajri and the bhakri seemed to be stale. The steamed rice was stale and undercooked. My suggestion okay to stay there but probably better to eat out

It was second time stay, as usual good and clean rooms with nice facilities. Reception team is very cooperative whenever we need something during the stay. Break fast is good with decent varieties to suit. Vinod in restaurant is customer friendly person and he make sure we get yummy dosas. Hotel provides pick up and drop any time to temple and theme park.
