The proximity to the beach, the private and secure access, and a covered parking spot.

Hot water ran out in one of the bathrooms and we had to move over to a different bathroom. Thankfully there was still hot water there. The kitchen was new but had limited things for self-catering.

The location was fantastic, good value for the location.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly (sticky and sandy floor in some parts, as well as TP that had been unusable), and check in is quiet late 3pm.

All our linen was missing and the quilt covers were dirty. New linen was delivered within the hour and cleaners were very nice and apologetic but it was a bit yucky seeing dirty bed spreads. Was a little run down and tired looking. cupboards has excess stuff stored in them all, extra paintings, decor, linen not neatly kept etc. Suited our needs but there is potential for a better stay.

Not all fitted sheets were supplied for all beds, stains on the towels, dishes had not been washed as food crumbs were left on them on the plates in the cupboard, no hot water for a whole day.
