The property is beautiful, the nicest in the area, great restaurant and amenities. The only thing that they should consider is not having the music so loud. It's a relaxing property were you can hear the ocean. Music blasting really took a lot away from the experience.

This property is very dated. There's only 1 restaurant and the food is not good. They need to fire the entire kitchen. The staff is very nice and accommodating which was a plus. The rooms are large but dated. The beds are very comfortable which was a plus. For the price I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location isnt near anything so you have to go El Tunco beach. El Tunco was the highlight of the trip, stay over there instead.

Over charge for everything, dirty, service is terrible unprofessional

Over price and extra charges, breakfast is very limited, charge even for milk for the coffee, furniture in room very poor condition, drapery with holes, doors, tables damaged
