The concept of the hotel is nice but overpriced for what is offered.

I truly enjoyed el mirador , food, staff, awesome views and the hotel architecture was out of this world will definitely want to come back 10/10 !

The staff at the lobby was the worst ever, closed minded, non respectful, we tried to find out his name and apparently is Carlos, unluckily that is the first impression you have from the hotel and he is not friendly at all We were not able to use the sea pool it is really dirty and no one takes care of it The rooms have no maintenance No manager at the location and apparently non existent

el personal tiene cero servicio a cliente... no habia nadie atendiendo a los huespedes en la piscina para pedir habia que practicamente ir a rogarle a los meseros para que nos fueran a tomar la orden. el unico que nos atendio super bien fue Ricardo. En la habitacion nunca hubo agua caliente

Location is excellent with a great view of the sea.

No hot water. No hangers in the closet. The elevator doesn’t go to the bar and restaurant floor. Some stairs don’t have hand railings.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Love the pool thats at the edge of the ocean! Room had front ocean view!! We will definitely be back.
