The location was excellent

The smell of bleach when we arrived was asphicsiating. Had to open all the windows and go for a walk. The Tv free to air was not working upon arrival on Friday and was instructed no unit had free to air tv due to a blown over aerial on the roof and couldn’t be fixed till Monday (the day of our departure). Was this know prior to our arrival? My biggest issue was the service number was to an overseas operator. Very frustrating and caused delays with any action. Even when lost trying to find the office to collect keys the operator was of no help as she was overseas.

Location and views

Walking up 2 large flights of stairs, very old building, parking was difficult, the interior not inviting looks of notes about what not to do, power switches were dangerous, not working covered by sticky tape but still active.

Locations and view are amazing!

Needs a new big bed. Hubby struggled sleeping as bed caves in under his side. Like the springs are gone in the spot.

The location and view were exactly what we hoped for. Would definitely stay here again next trip to Shoal Bay.

The hot water ran out quickly so my parents had showers first and my sister and I had to wait an hour or so before there was hot water but otherwise everything was great.
