Brilliant location

Couldn't believe we had to make our own beds on arrival. No instructions on availability of any towels, sheets or soaps. Finally all found in a bag in a corner of living room.

The view is amazing

On arrival there was a linen bag on the lounge with sheets and towels. Later found soap and some tea bags at the bottom of bag. No correspondence about this prior to arrival. I thought the cleaner had forgotten to make beds! Horrified having to make own beds and taking out rubbish, could stay at home and do this. Having paid $380 a night, i have never come across this before, especially at this price. Also embarrassed as had visiting friends with me. Dining table wasn't clean and coffee table had sand on it. Also 2 flights of stairs with luggage, no lift. This needs to communicated. I did ring the mobile phone number on the paperwork, told them about my concerns, she was very difficult to understand and said she would get back to me but no followup. Travelled a lot over the years and never complained before, but felt strong about this. If I had brought my elderly mum with me we wouldn't have got up the stairs! The 2 women i had with me both over 70, had some trouble coming in and out with the stairs.

Location was fantastic

Linen was provided but we had to make the beds on arrival. No facewashers. No basics in the kitchen like paper towel, salt and pepper etc. Only 2 tiny long life milks when the unit can sleep 5 people. It was just an apartment with a good location. You need to take everything. There is no second bathroom only a second toilet in the laundry.
