Jenna's River Bed & Breakfast

It was in a beautiful spot and my daughters and i enjoyed it along with my cousin and Goddaughter

For starters, upon entering the hotel, I was captivated by the luscious view of Lake Atitlan and it’s volcanic scenery. The view can be seen in its entirety from every part of the hotel including the bedroom, bathroom, restaurant, and bar exemplifying an almost zen-like atmosphere. With that said, Gabriela (kitchen crew) and Juan and Tony from the bar were extremely courteous and attended to my needs at a moments notice. The food was delicious and satiating, and the drinks were diligently made, making the bar a wonderful and convenient place to chill out and socialize. There is also a pool downstairs if one wants to cool off and enjoy an afternoon swim! And perhaps the most noteworthy service-related aspect of my stay at Jenna’s was Yvan who was an EXTREMELY hospital and overall phenomenal host, as he made a great effort to make my stay more comfortable. He was timely and delivered exceptional service, and his energy is great! In regards to other things, the resort is clean kept, can be easily commuted to, and the rooms provide a different experience entirely (props to the designer). Could not recommend Jenna’s River Bed and Breakfast as you will not be displeased if looking for an affordable place to stay while enjoying all Lake Atitlan has to offer!!

Unique Layout, Amazing Views and Welcoming Staff! Definitely will be visiting again!!

WARNING ⚠️ CALL JENNA'S BEFORE ARRIVING TO PANAJACHEL so they can arrange transportation from your taxi/bus to the hotel. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount. To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this. Other than that, I'll let the other reviews speak for themselves. This place is beautiful and the staff are excellent.

Yvan was such a great host! I wouldn’t have known about the other offerings in town if not for him. The room was also good and comfortable. The view was great, the staff was attentive, and the private pool was very clean. Definitely would recommend for solo travelers looking for a chill space away from the tourist traps

It was awesome! It has a great view, good food, and also staff friendly. I would recommend it to whoever wants to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

If a spectacular view is all you care about, this is your place. For the price I would personally expect sheets without holes, a non-threadbare bath mat, treatment for moths and the scorpion and ear plugs for the dogs that barked ALL. NIGHT. LONG. A positive - the kitchen ladies were delightful.
