The Shoal Unit 405 Shoal Bay

Location was perfect. Have stayed at the Shoal before. Easy access to the beach shops and cafes. Lovely views. Comfortable unit with everything l needed for our stay.

The location is exceptional; walk to shops, beach, restaurants/cafes. The property was also very easy to find, especially considering we have never been to Shoal Bay before. Nice view of the bay with only a single row of shops in front/below. We have two toddlers and specifically chose this unit over others with similar facilities because little ones could enjoy the view from the balcony with glass balustrade - it exceeded our expectations with bay views from the lounge room and main bedroom also.

Very minor cons for this property; although the place overall felt very clean, it appeared under the main bed hasn't been vaccumed/mopped for months and the shower also might benefit from a deep clean.
