Paragon Casino Resort

Went there to see the Patty Le belle show. They had canceled my reservation without my knowledge. They also gave away my mobility scooter that I had rented from the hotel.

Everything, enjoyed the casino, food was delicious and staff was generous and friendly.

It rained when I wanted to take a walk outside, after visiting the cultural center and museum which I highly recommend.

The event hall was wonderful. Any seat we would have selected would had been great and within eye view of the stage. The staff was willing to assist with seating moving the crowd along so that others could see the concert. The reservation staff was very pleasant and courteous. The restaurants were affordable and the food was delicious. Especially the Steak Restaurant.

My AC unit was not working in my assigned room. I called Housekeeping and a wonderful lady immediately came to the room and tried to get it working. She advised that she was going to call maintenance and have someone come to get it working. Upon exiting, she noticed that I didn't have any coffee pods or water on the desk. She left the room and immediately returned with water and coffee pods. Within 5 minutes, the maintenance worker arrived and replaced the AC Unit. This was superior and fast service.

The location was perfect.

The bed needed a flat sheet. The price of the room was inflated.

Overall experience was good ,nice friendly staff

Walls are thin can hear next rooms guest talking and their TV The toilet paper holder was broken or missing a part and the toilet ran continuously
