Did not like the fact that when checking in they had a difficult time finding my reservation via your booking.com..Why?

I booked a suite and non smoking room and I got a regular smoking room. When I went to complain about it they told me to call booking.com. Now I’m trying to get my difference from a suite to a regular room back 🤦🏻‍♀️

The dinner buffet was excellent though a little pricey. The indoor pool was nice other than being fussed at because we only had pink armbands and the pool party required a purple armband. Then the front desk staff and pool staff gave conflicting information on where to obtain a purple armband. The drinks at the casino were great!

The worst thing about our stay was housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and they never came in our room. They brought 4 towels and washcloths to our door on our 3rd day there after my husband stopped someone in the hallway. Our trash and dirty linen was not removed from our room until the day before our departure when we set it out in the hallway.

No microwave in room. Not enough light in the bathroom. Kleenex holder had an empty box I had to refill myself. Shower was not very clean, hair on shower floor that was not mine. Body wash bottle was empty.
