Nice and warm, clean.

not alot of parking ,didn't see must of Karen, no breakfast the room was abit small and toilet.abit noisy because of the hotel across the road.

"Handy for the Trolley Train with which takes you to the sea front."

Although we arrived early it was no problem to book in. Booked breakfast which was excellent value for money. Karen was very informative and gave advice on how to get to places, restaurants plus local attractions.

Parking was a little hit and miss. Although if you really got stuck you could park at the rear of the property.

Karen is a wonderful host and breakfsst cook. Beautiful interior, comfortable room and easily walkable to the rail station, commercial area and sea front.

"Lovely stay in Torquay"

The breakfast was exceptional. Very good quality, beautifully cooked. The room & ensuite was clean & beautifully decorated. Karen was very friendly & helpful. The private parking & good location meant that we could leave the car & explore Torquay on foot.
