clean and tidy Fabia was freindly & polite

the pillows were very uncomfortable & the shower ran hot and then cold and then hot while using it’s not a traditional b&b as it is just a room In somebody’s house which I didn’t expect the airport is 1 hour walk away which isn’t ideal if you have an early flight(6am for us) and cost 20 euro in taxi for a 5 minute journey I thought it was closer breakfast was across the road in a Burger King not what I expected when described as a bed and breakfast Overall clean and tidy but I would not use again

Good location near Ciampino train station, good connection with Ciampino airport - Trenitalia airlink bus. Very pleasant and helpful host.

Breakfast could be better.

Location was good, close to the airport and you couldn’t hear the planes. Bed was fine, size of room was fine.

The description of Bed and Breakfast implies breakfast in the place, but no, you get a 1.9 euro voucher to spend in Burker King over the road, coffee and a croissant :( Also parking was in the Burger King car park over the road. The room we were in was the same floor as the kitchen which was not available to make coffee in but could be used by owner and whoever else guests were there. Bathroom was the other side of the kitchen from the room, also not made clear. Shower was mediocre. Smelt a bit of smoke despite a big sign saying no smoking. Overall needed a better description and was pricy for what we got.

Be sure to keep the key with you until you check out of the house. If you don't have the key, you will be locked in the apartment.

The house was super clean, spotless.. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator on site. Accommodation was very nice, pleasant to stay, warm and cozy. Fabia is always available for any communications.

A few little things didn't go well. One of the living lights was malfunctioning on & off all the time during our short stay. TV is rather old and outdated. One can hear it, but with a black screen with text on screen 'videonosupported' no matter how we tried, wasn't able to watch it. We communicated to the owner with recorded videos of problems. hope they will fix it for the next arrival guests. We would love to return to the same accommodation if all little things are fixed.
