JFK b & b

Fabia was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast in the cafe bar downstairs served by the friendly owner every morning. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away with trains running regularly to the terminal in the centre of Rome (15 min journey). We would be happy to stay there again the next time we visit.

The room was clean and big

The breakfast was quite poor and you had to serve it in the bar at the first floor of the building. The host did not had a very friendly attitude when we arrived. As expected the English was not perfect and if I didn’t understood correctly what she said and asked again she kept saying in italian that it’s very difficult to talk to us.

Very bad management. Extremely bad service. They had told me about their shuttle but no shuttle came and I waited 1,45 minutes and finally took my taxi, reached my destination and they had put the keys in the postbox. I am extremely disappointed and I really hope you don’t choose this hotel or I wish they get better. They have the worst breakfast; it is just a glass of coffee and a small cookie.
