There are two ways to get to the hotel: One is through Tolu-Sucre. Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is through Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval and Additional charges of 80.000COP per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Me gustó todo, considero que se deben aprovechar un poco más las áreas verdes, también incluir un poco más de actividades nocturnas.

Hôtel très original Personnel très sympa ils nous ont ajouté un lit dans la chambre ils ont été vraiment gentils l'équipe du bar et du restaurant très sympa petit déjeuner très bon avec plusieurs options...... un grand jardin où l'on peut observer iguane et oiseaux...... et un accès à la plage de l'hôtel à côté..... Bon séjour dans l'ensemble......

Dommage le manque d'entretien des parties communes......surtout côté piscine..... Le vent très fort tous les jours à partir de 15h mais ça c'est madame nature qui décide......
