Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het Hilton Houara Tanger. De hygiëne was uitstekend, de service was van hoog niveau en ook het eten was werkelijk uitstekend. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Fatima Zohra van de Kids Club. Zij heeft onze zoon ontzettend goed verzorgd en vermaakt. Hij voelde zich er zo prettig dat hij eigenlijk niet meer weg wilde. Haar vriendelijkheid, enthousiasme en aandacht voor de kinderen maakten echt het verschil. Dank aan het hele team voor deze geweldige ervaring. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

"Disappointing and unprofessional staff for a 5-star hotel."

The hotel's décor is beautiful

This is my fourth hilton of the year and by far the most disappointing. The room I was given at check-in was not the one I had booked. I had reserved a room with a sea view but was assigned a room overlooking the padel court instead. I was also disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the padel court fees. The receptionist quoted us 500 MAD for a session for two people, while your website states 100 MAD per person. These issues gave the impression that some guests are not treated with the same level of consideration as others, which is not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Finally, the breakfast staff were not very attentive, whereas the dinner staff were professional, and welcoming. Overall, the service fell short of the standards expected from a luxury hotel.

L'un des meilleur hôtel de Tanger. Très grande chambre, propre, room service très réactif. Plage privée et piscine top. Nous y sommes allées en Avril l'eau était froide mais bonne expérience quand même !

Hôtel loin des commerces. Rien autour mais cela était un choix :)
