Please note that there are only 4 parking spaces on site of the hotel. If this parking space is full then we will provide a permit to park nearby.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Great hotel for the price realy enjoyed our stay"

We stayed in room 4 room was large with balcony Very clean nice view bed very comfortable towels changed daily shower realy good and spacious breakfast was very good plenty to choose from served with a smile all in all very nice hotel would definitely go back

"Very pleasant will book again and very nice one man staff !"

Peaceful , lovely room nice high ceilings giving it a nice feel for size. Very close to water and our club we were attending. The Foundry.

Car parking a bit of an issue as have to walk 5 mins or more up and down hills to get to car park that the hotel has passes for.

Tight parking at hotel for only 4 spaces, but a carpark only 2 minutes walk away with a free permit.

"Nice clean hotel, staff very friendly, parking is a bit of a pain,"

Good location for what we needed. Hotel clean and tidy. Shower great and bathroom spotless. Room was warm and comfortable, not overly cozy, rather basic.

Parking quite far away, we were given a free pass to put in car but requested to bring back so a fair of extra walking, we wouldn't of minded too much but it was cold and raining. Lots of stairs and more if on top floor.
