Please note that there are only 4 parking spaces on site of the hotel. If the bed had a bigger duvet cover and a more comfortable mattress then would have received full marks

"The Hotel Hudson is a Gem in Torquay"

Well I wrote my first review on the Hotel Hudson a few months ago but after spending Sunday Through to Friday for the past 15 weeks I feel I can add to the original review. Firstly Ganesh and his family are so very friendly and upon arrival they were always very polite and respectful always asked how I was doing and how my journey was (4.5 hrs) every Sunday afternoon. The rooms were always very nice and clean very comfortable beds well maintained and as I said in my previous review all have a mimi fridge which was great during the summer we had this year. Tea and coffee restocked daily room serviced daily unlike premier Inn & Travelodge who only service rooms upon request???? As previously stated free WiFi which was excellent speed Really love the location 3-4 minutes walk and you are right in the harbour area which has some nice restaurants and bars Car parking is on street which even during the summer holiday season I was always able to park Give this hidden gems a try and you won’t be disappointed

Had an amazing stay. Lovely staff. Definitely coming back again. The views from the room were great. In a good location, harbor very close so could see the view of endless sea.

"A great stay at The Hudson Hotel Torquay."

Ganesh and his family were extremely friendly and welcoming and caring our ground floor luxury family room was very spacious and immediately cleaned with great facilities including a fridge Karen and Myself were extremely satisfied with The Hudson Hotel Torquay during our weekend stay between Friday 26/09/25 to Monday 29/09/25 and We would recommend it to anyone once again we would like to thanks Ganish and His family for a relaxing stay and wish Him and his family all the best for the future thanks Dean Michael and Karen Heard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a very typical holiday resort small Hotel offering great value for money. Well run and maintained. A short walk and you are in the Heart of Torquay's Marina area.

Not much to dislike about this place.
