The location is great. Having a washing machine accessable is a win.

As mentioned in previous commentary the stain on the couch. The air con in the one bedroom did not work. The metal artwork fell on a guest's head. This needs to be seen to ASAP We were offered a change of room but for the last 2 nights didn't take up the offer. Fresh linen isn't avaiable even on a 10 night stay. With all being said I would stay there again for the location.

Spatious unit compared to others. There is a separate bedroom and another small room. Free laundry which is great. Full size kitchen.

Some units in the building including mine required climbing 7 steep flights of stairs, which can be quite challenging especially with luggage and when it's hot. The bed isn't the best and could use an upgrad.e

Location

The property was nothing like the pictures. It promised an outside space, that we only found after persistent requests to the owners and advised of on our last day; to get there you had to head to another building and climb 8 flights of stairs to reach it! A total waste of time! The apartment, although having been cleaned was not in the best condition. Duvets we’re covered in stains, the sofa so badly stained you wouldn’t sit on it. Half the lights didn’t work. The beds were broken. The apartment was like a prison; with small, high windows (nothing like the pictures) no curtains, just external shutters (some didn’t work). These could only be accessed by standing on the beds and struggling with opening the windows then being able to open & close them. The front door to the building was not secure (it could be pushed open without the code! This apartment is totally overpriced for the quality! I would not waste your money!

The area of the apartment

Our opinion is that they can make the apartment much more nice when you spend a few hundred euro's on it.

The owner is very helpful.

We did not expect that there is was elevator.

Exceptional location in the Nachalat Binyamin Street, close to many coffees, shops, Shuk HaCarmel, Allenby Street, Rothschild Avenue and many others. Few minutes walk to the seaside. Comfortable beds.

Even though we enjoyed the stay, there are things to be improved - more attention to be paid to furniture which is getting damaged, as well as the wall paintings.

the owner of the place was really helpfull ! he help me to find a parking place, he help me to find the location, he answer fast my messages 🤩 the location perfect to find markets, parking, stores, bars and near to the beach, all you need to cook is included 🤩 excelent service10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

everything. The apartment is not in the same qualities like in the pictures. really dirty and damaged. so everything besides the location was not good.
