I would like to add that the manager was extremely helpful. He listened to our comments and needs and updated two of the appliances. Also found us an iron. We got to know the street shops and restaurants. All fun and full almost daily. A little convenience store down the street was perfect for buying groceries and supplies.

We misunderstood on which floor the apartment was located, but had it sorted out of the manager on the phone. We were pretty tired. We understand we had a budget value booking, but we felt that the walls and switches could've been better washed and a touch of paint to update the walls. The sills were chipping and the blind in the one room was completely broken and would no longer shut. The balcony door would not close. The lights were dangling. The fabric on the sofa was filthy. The manager sent over a sheet to cover it. But - we really liked the location and the energy of the street below. Carmel Market was just around the corner.

Great location! Extremely kind and helpful staff and owner. It was a fantastic stay :)

It would be worth refreshing the interiors and some furniture but it was fine anyway.

Perfect location - easy commute from the airport, good variety of shops/cafes around, within walking distance of the old town and the beach, surprisingly quiet; friendly, responsive staff

The place is a bit cramped and is badly in need of repairs; everything sort of works, but just barely. Water pressure is wonky, bathroom is uncomfortable - getting to 3rd floor without an elevator gives you a good chance to work on your glutes though :)

location was great in relation to sights, staff super friendly and helpful, great communication.

Apartment directly over a flight path and the planes were so low and loud flying over throughout the night that even with ear plugs it made sleeping difficult. You are also on a lively street and the windows are very thin. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. Shower leaked all in the bathroom, needed a good clean. Please be careful of the shelf above the kitchen sink as it is see through and you can easily smash your head on it (which I did) as it sticks out too far, quite dangerous.

The apartman is in a very good location close to the beach, restaurants etc. It wasn't noisy (in spring). The host was very kindly and helpful. Easy check-in/out. Separated room for children.

The Wifi was very good. The mattresses were of good quality. Great location. The staff were always available and helpful.

Location was amazing.

Poor standard of accommodation, sofa cushions had stains on them. Balcony was dirty and unclean with cigarette stubs left. Shower was broken. Had to ask for a bathroom floor wipe as the floor was always wet through after showering. Generally the accommodation was poorly maintained.

The location was great, not far from the beaches Carmel Market and Allenby Street.

The sofa cusions were stained quite badly, but everything else was ok.

The only good things about this accomodation was the location and the communication with the staff/owner. The apartment was very dirty, there was mould in every room.
