The service are Excellence and that the reason we stay in Grand Dhillon Bhilai only. The reception team Lilesh Sahu ( duty manager) And Hushmita Sahu And Som( Bell Boy)with Warm welcoming ... This is nice gesture... Room service and food is maintaining the same quality along with good ambience.

Location very accessible. Rooms decoration and lighting & bed, pillows all are very good. Atmosphere very comfortable. Value/rate little higher as per area. Service very good and prompt. Neat and clean room & bathroom got every day. Amenities very good. Food is tasty and variety available. Overall very good experience and hope will visit again.

I like how the staff kept in mind for requests I made. The room was big enough for a family stay. Only thing which we didn't like much was the taste of breakfast. But they do have a variety in the menu. Their Alacart menu was good though. Overall, we had a Good stay.

Reception good and efficient. Staff friendly and helpful specially mahak , perhaps could do with more loungers. Food is varied and really tasty with a variety good for all pallets. Rooms clean and spacious . Really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Please send recipe for chocolate donuts to us.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, good bars and restaurants nothing to complain about. Prime location in Bhilai Very nice clean hotel. Staff are very attentive….always smiling 😊. Had wonderful time with family......amenities also good, good welcome on reception , also good service from the room dining, laundry service also perfect timing, nice gym....we would like and love to visit again

I just visited Hotel Grand Dhillon in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again the food was awesome special thanks Rumanchal from 7th floor vicky from Housekeeping team.
