Excellent service by the hospitality team especially would love to mention Mr. Vinay and Mr. Deepak for their keen eyes on every detail.....keep up the great work guys!! Pleasant stay. Rooms are done good n maintained well. , accommodations are clean, fresh, and has a nice fragrance! Staff is very helpful Thanks to Mr. Mohit who is leading there team very well..& Ms. Hemlata From HK team I am very happy with the way she has done her work ...😇 Food quality is good and have a good spread of buffet available Location is good and quiet.......👍🏻 We has a wonderful time. Would love to visit again......❤️😇

This hotel is a beautifully built new building; it looks very nice both inside and out, and it is located in a very good location in terms of the ease of getting to nearby places......This property apparently opened very recently, and the design and construction team has done a amazing job. The lobby and restaurant areas are quite beautiful, as is the room. The room is beautiful and quiet. we were upgraded to a suite which was a nice gesture... A very nice hotel, clean and modern The suite was spacious with all the modern amenities.... I am very happy with the way all Staff has done there work with humble humility, and I wish her to go further in her work...❤️👍🏻

The Hotel was Excellent and views from the room were amazing.... This is the first time we came here for buffet we just had a wonderful dinner we enjoy buffet we love the food and services especially Ms. Jaya and Ms.Pragati From Restaurant were very friendly and polite soft spoken,Awesome taste of cold coffee and yummy too.The Grand cafe interior and atmosphere is great...& Thanks to Mr.Rohit from grand cafe I would like to suggest everybody to visit whether come with family or friends .... Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay memorable.😊❤️

I stayed in hotel Grand Dhillion it was a very nice hotel, service is good and staff are supportive especially mehak and annu they were so helpfull. Checkin process was very smooth and rooms were good and spacious. Clean and tidy rooms were there.

We had the best experience, the check-in process was good and smooth, with no hassles. the staff Was really supportive and kind! The provided us great service. The property was up to the mark, the rooms were very squeaky clean! The quality of food was again excellent. but it is true of this hotel and its staff—from the greeting at the airport by the car service to the hotel greeting exerted warmth. I’m really impressed with the staff for being helping & so cooperative.❤️❤️

Smelly bathroom and a noisy room due to poor sound insulation. Road traffic on highway is very noisy, also the noise from neighboring room was clearly heard and made it hard to get a good sleep.

Sevice is very Bad. No shower kit...no shaving kit...terrible..experience..
