Caro ya que instalaciones son básicas

La Ubicación que tiene muy cerca del lugar donde tenía que ir en mis días de universidad.

Hay muchas que no estuvieron bien , Toallas muy sucias y gastadas Las cortinas de las ventanas no bajaban y me tocó dormir así y en la mañana el sol muy temprano ya me pegaba en la cara, Cruza un tren muy cerca del hotel que hace mucho ruido. El personal del hotel no sabe mucho mi desayuno era parte de mi paquete y me dijeron que no era así y me tocó comprar dos días desayuno cuando me dio por buscar les informé y ya me dieron el desayuno de un día sin pedir disculpas, un desayuno muy x. Pero lo peor de todo sucedió la última noche de mi estadía cuando tipo 3 am dejé la puerta del baño abierta y se empezó a sentir un mal olor que llenó toda la habitación, una peste tan horrible que no se fue por dos horas a cloacas o aguas sucias fue algo que nunca había experimentado. Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel en lo absoluto

It was close to family and had quick access to the Galleria and restaurants. Very affordable, even during the holidays.

There were immediate maintenance issues such as a toilet that didn’t completely flush and the refrigerator that was both inoperable and dirty. The on-site restaurant had slow service (took one hour to serve a chicken sandwich and enchiladas at a time when there were only four tables occupied.) also, they had great difficulty preparing oatmeal.

The hotel is quiet, with a nice view of the mountains. Next to it is a big shopping mall and its around 15 min away from the downtown.

The breakfast is too simple and the staff doesn’t explain/ communicate much, but are still friendly. Wifi is open which doesn’t provide a lot of security.
