SJ Grand Hotel Monterrey

I like the location, but the parking lot is horrible, looks like abandoned, and also no air condition on the hallways on the hotel, other than that pretty good

Clean and comfy room, friendly staff

Didn’t live up to photos, especially the pool area which was full of construction and dust, and the gym was lacking in basic equipment eg a variety of weights and yoga mats

Location was good as long as you have a car or mode of transportation.

Constant construction on the rooftop by the pool made it almost unusable throughout the day. Rooftop views are gorgeous however unusable with all the constructions going on. No fridge in the rooms, you serious?

We were not provided with breakfast vouchers, the television remote was malfunctioning, and it required two phone calls to get it repaired. Despite requesting our room not be cleaned, it was cleaned anyway.

The place is just OK but doesn’t fall into red standards service is very limited. Breakfast is awful. Nobody nobody except one person speak English. The pool doesn’t even work. Everything is dirty. The rooms are pretty good and the sheets are pretty clean, but otherwise the hotel is pretty much a disaster. I’m surprised it’s named radison

The beds are no cleaning 😭
